CLUB MED NO COMMITMENT PEACE OF MIND POLICY

OFFERING MORE FLEXIBILITY IN UNCERTAIN TIMES 

Dear Valued Partners,

Just like the industry, we have been hit hard by COVID19 and we’ve been committed to adapting the way we work and implement new tools, policies and strategies to help support your business.

One of those steps is to offer our clients more flexibility and to offer a policy to help you to lock in business. For new bookings made from 10 June 2020 for travel up to 10 June 2022, your clients can secure their holiday with just a $200 pp deposit and the confidence that they will be able to change their mind, change their date or cancel and get their money back if their booking is affected by the Australian or New Zealand Government Outbound/Inbound International Travel Restrictions.

This policy for new bookings includes:

☆ The ability to secure a future Club Med holiday for as little as a $200 deposit per person

☆ Final payment only required 30 days prior to departure, with the option prior to this date to:

– Change their travel date

– Postpone and hold the payment securely as a Future Travel Credit

– Cancel, do not travel and receive a full refund

PROTECTING YOUR INCOME

What happens in the circumstance that my client cancels?

The new Agent Cancellation Protection Policy provides a risk-free option for travel agents with clients who wish to book holidays in 2021 while there’s still some uncertainty surrounding the current international travel ban. Under this policy, if a client with a new booking made 8 October – 30 November chooses to cancel up to 30 prior to their departure, the travel agent will receive a $50 guarantee per file.

Club Med does not currently offer Travel Insurance included in the all-inclusive package, and travel agents are advised to ensure all travellers are purchasing and travelling with valid travel insurance from a reputable provider.
